Explore the exquisite tea collection; learn how to brew the perfect cup of tea.

Tea do's and don'ts:

  • Bring freshly drawn cold water to a soft rolling boil.

  • Use one bag of tea per cup or one tbsp of loose tea per cup.

  • Don't over-boil your water; it depletes oxygen which weakens teas character.

  • Always pace tea bag or loose tea into your vessel first, followed by water. Pouring water over the leaves helps to ensure that every part of the leaf is saturated allowing for a more uniform infusion of flavor.

  • Reusing tea leaves will weaken strength and flavor.

  • Store teas in airtight containers away from other spices and heat sources.

And just sit back...sip, savor, and enjoy the moment!
