Be Ready for Everything

Hello, my friends and beautiful beings!
I hope that everyone is doing well, even in the midst of some challenging stuff. Lately, I have been asking myself this one short but big sentence: "What now"?
These words have taken on a whole new meaning for me in the last few months. I searched for many answers to this question but couldn't seem to find one.
As I thought, I scribbled down a short list. What have I experienced in the last few months that was not very pleasing and brought me some discomfort or pain? I came up with about a half dozen things, and I thought, this is a lot of stuff. Now what to do about it.
Of course I had my go to's: meditation, sound healing, pranayama breathing, sitting in silence, but was that going to be enough for the plethora of things that were piling up on me?
I mean, we all have our bad days and good days, but the bad list appeared to be growing and growing, and my normal solutions weren't doing the trick with getting me back on the good side.
So, what to do now? That’s not the easiest question to answer, but I do know this: you have to keep going.
Stay positive and control the venue for yourself...be ready for everything...ups and downs, the good and the not so good. Remember your go to's, and better yet, come up with some new ones. You've got this!
