Mindful Moments in the Spring

Hello, my fellow tea friends!
I hope that you have been enjoying your spring thus far. Our spring has gotten off to a somewhat warm, then back to a chilly start. Since I began my blog, my goal was to post an article at least once a month. The energy has been so intense lately that I hadn’t realized that I totally missed the month of March.
When the energy around us is not ideal or positive, it’s interesting to see how it works with your own energy and experiences. Sometimes, no matter what you do seems to be enough to make you feel better.
Well, I am here to remind you that you’re okay, you’re enough, and whenever you feel like you need a break, grab a quiet space, and meditate, and you will be safe. I also invite you to join me for my tea meditations on Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings on the Insight Timer app (feel free to reach out for info on that if needed - the Tea Time and Me Time group).
