How are you doing?

Good day my friend!


Since I can't knock on your doors, call you, or text many of you, I like to check in with you through my blog posts. There is a lot going on these days and this year, which is more than halfway over already! So how are you doing?


I am no stranger to so much that is going on these days...my day job, low energy, grief, disappointment, what's in the news, overthinking...just a few of the things that sometimes keep me up later at night.


But what I will say is, if you believe in your faith and in your mindfulness practice (if you don't have a practice, you should think about building one), you will become more adept at weathering the storms of life that come your way.


If you feel like things are always rough, continue to shift your story...don't forget to recognize how you are feeling, and take the time to continuously work on your "Self's": Self growth, self-care, self-worth, self-awareness.
